Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

All malas are made to order and individually blessed before shipment. We strive to complete and ship all orders within 2 weeks, though in rare cases, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your mala is complete, it will be shipped via Priority Mail, with delivery typically within 1–2 business days.
