Enter into a creative chamber. In these sessions we will go over your desires and visions for your mala or other amulet. From there we will open into a gently guided meditation to gain clarity from the natural intelligence that resides within you. We will arise from this with some guided writing to integrate and clarify our direction. From there we will finalize our plan for your custom design. Includes 15% off your custom mala order.
༄ MANTRA HEALING
One hour of 1:1 mantra healing with Jasmine Pema. In these sessions we will go over your chief medical or emotional concern. From there we will open into a mantra healing ritual or recitation finishing with dedication and any insight to carry with you including any additional suggestions in accordance with Sowa Rigpa
༄ GUIDED MEDITATION
One hour of 1:1 meditation with Jasmine Pema. In these sessions you are welcome to bring your questions/desires around direction for your practice. From there we will open into time for gently guided meditation or mantra recitation finishing with dedication and any insight to carry with you.
